Crunch Pea Salad

Found on a ring of cards from an estate sale in Dallas, Tx, purchased on 3/18/2017. Ring is a recipe collection from the Chapel Hill United Methodist Women Salad Luncheon from Spring 2013. This recipe is listed as being submitted by Bitsy Laney.

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed
  • 1 Cup celery, diced
  • 1 Cup cauliflower, diced
  • 1 Cup cashews, chopped
  • 1 Cup ranch dressing
  • Β½ Cup sour cream
  • Optional garnish: crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Garnish before serving.
